Job Title: Shift Electrical Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of factory plants and machineries through prevention of panels from dusts, etc.
- Ensure effective preventive and corrective maintenance on all electrical parts of machines
- Suggest the right tools and materials to be used in ensuring proper performance of machines
- Ensure regular checks are conducted on conveyor belts/chain conveyor/oven stone conveyor/modular conveyor/bearings/ rollers /sprocket drive chain /lifter chain and mixer hydraulic system
- Ensure regular checks are carried out on all meat/blending machines, heavy and soft motors working Amp, to provide safety measures
- Align, fit, or assemble component parts using hand or power tools and all electrical tools/instruments
- Inspect machine parts to detect surface defects and provide details on how to troubleshoot them.
Requirements
- First Degree or its equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Membership of NSE and COREN certified is added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years practical and job-relevant experience in a well-structured FMCG.
