Technical Operator at 21 Search Limited – 10 Openings

Job Title: Technical Operator (Blow Mould, Filler, Labeller, Palletizer, Variopac, Husky and SACMI)

Responsibilities

• Verify and ensure proper functioning of all components of the machines and auxiliary
• Operate the machine in accordance with the established standard operating procedure and speed targets.
• Ensure material wastages from machine are kept at minimum acceptable level
• Report all malfunctions and constraints to the line Technical Supervisor
• Apply all company provided protective wears and gadgets and comply with all Health and Safety rules
• Carry out recommended maintenance as per checklist to ensure equipment reliability
• Ensure acceptable level of cleanliness in dressing and immediate work area in line with Good House Keeping Practice
• Avoid cross contamination of product due to unhygienic state of equipment
• Implement change-over programs as per production schedule.

Requirements

• First Degree or its equivalent Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Membership of NSE and COREN certified is added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC practical job-relevant experience in a well-structured FMCG (bottling) company, with specific expertise in Krones Machines.
