Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Description
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat to address questions related to products, installation, and service maintenance.
- Issue Resolution: Assist customers with troubleshooting, resolving complaints, and coordinating with the technical team for on-site assistance when needed.
- Order Processing: Guide customers through the purchasing process, including quote requests, orders, and payment-related inquiries.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest solar products and services offered to provide informed guidance to customers.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and provide additional support as needed.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc in relevant field with 2 -3 years work experience.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
