Job Title: Program and Community Outreach Manager
Job Summary
- Are you passionate about designing impactful programs and working closely with communities?
- Join us as the Program and Community Outreach Manager, where you’ll play a key role in implementing transformative initiatives and building strong relationships with the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor programs that align with the NGO’s mission and SDG targets.
- Engage with local communities to identify needs and ensure inclusive participation in programs.
- Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to ensure program success.
- Prepare reports and case studies showcasing program impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Education, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in program management or community engagement.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with SDG-related projects is an added advantage.
