Job Title: Team Lead, Branch Sales

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Team Lead, Branch Sales, to oversee and boost sales activities across their branches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement branch-specific sales strategies.
Lead and support branch sales teams to meet targets.
Ensure excellent customer service across branches.
Analyze local market trends to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in branch sales management.
MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
