Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our finance team.
- As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with clients to deliver exceptional financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to deliver exceptional customer service and increase sales.
- Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations to clients and prospects.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product and marketing teams, to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the finance industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and meeting sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Financial industry experience required
