Job Title: Partnership Manager – Retail & SME Banking
Description

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor, advocate, and problem-solver for clients’ financial needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and organizations.
- Drive product sales and acquisitions through strategic collaboration and networking.
- Sell, cross-sell, and upsell banking products to maximize revenue.
- Achieve deposit targets by sourcing savings, current, and fixed deposit accounts.
- Create quality risk assets and package credit requests for clients.
- Implement innovative marketing strategies to boost profits.
- Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and deliver high-quality client service.
- Monitor performance and report on marketing activities.
Key Performance Indicators
- Growth in customer volume, value, and profitability.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Cross-selling and revenue generation performance.
- Timeliness and quality of reporting.
Experience & Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of banking experience in sales and credit.
- Postgraduate qualification or professional certification is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and banking operations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business acumen with analytical and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Proactive decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
