Job Title: Account Relationship Officer
Job Objective
- Help customers maximize their money, make informed decisions, and meet their financial goals.
- Serve as the go-to resource for account advice and customer support, handling inquiries via phone, face-to-face interactions, and offering financial solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Adhere to credit policies and processes.
- Book new deposits and process rollovers within 24 hours.
- Open new accounts and follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Handle customer requests (cheques, cash deposits, drafts, and transactions).
- Update daily records for deposits, accounts, and FX transactions.
- Prepare marketing reports and share potential business opportunities with management.
- Support branch marketing strategies to increase market share.
- Respond promptly to internal memos/emails and ensure strong teamwork and integrity.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Key Performance Indicators
- Deposit volume growth.
- Market share expansion.
- Quality and timeliness of risk assessments, credit decisions, and documentation.
- Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences / Humanities or HND with a Master’s Degree.
- Must have 3 – 5 years of financial sector experience.
