Job Title: Dropshipping Manager

Job Summary

• We are recruiting for the position of Dropshipping Manager who will lead and oversee all activities related to our dropshipping platform, DropshipAfrica.
• This role requires a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for empowering entrepreneurs through e-commerce.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

• Meeting sales targets by onboarding new dropshippers.
• Providing training and support to dropshippers to help them succeed.
• Onboarding suppliers and ensuring the virtual warehouse is stocked with competitive products.
• Managing and supervising Virtual Warehouse Assistants to ensure products are uploaded and updated efficiently.
• Resolving issues faced by dropshippers and maintaining excellent support systems.
• Producing educational materials such as videos, blog posts, and social media content to engage and educate dropshippers.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in e-commerce, dropshipping, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging educational content.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in sales and onboarding clients or partners.
• Proficiency in tools for e-commerce, content creation, and customer relationship management.
• A passion for empowering entrepreneurs and contributing to the growth of SMEs in Africa.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
