Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Description

  • We are seeking to employa visionary and strategic leader to fill the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization’s strategic plan, ensuring alignment with its mission and long-term goals.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing leadership team to achieve business objectives and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Oversee operational, financial, and business activities to ensure sustained profitability and growth.
  • Represent the organization in key industry forums, regulatory bodies, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Drive innovation and the development of new insurance products and services to meet market demands.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold best practices in corporate governance.
  • Identify and manage risks to safeguard the organization’s interests and reputation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to the Board of Directors, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.
  • Professional certifications such as CIIN, ACII, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the insurance or financial services sector, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving organizational growth and transformation.
  • Deep understanding of the insurance market, including regulatory frameworks and emerging trends.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing large-scale budgets.
