Job Title: Chief Financial Officer
Job Summary
- Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will provide strategic direction, financial expertise, and operational excellence to ensure the organization’s fiscal health and drive long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive growth and sustainability.
- Evaluate and manage financial risks, opportunities, and investments.
Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including the board of directors and investors.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure to support operational needs.
Operational Oversight:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring the development of high-performing talent.
- Establish and enforce robust financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
Business Performance Analysis:
- Monitor key financial metrics to assess organizational performance.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize cost efficiency and revenue growth.
- Support decision-making through detailed financial analysis and modeling.
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and other financial partners.
- Present financial performance updates and strategies to the board and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in senior financial leadership roles.
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management reporting.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

Personal Attribute:
