Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Summary
- The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience.
- This role involves managing customer interactions professionally, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints while maintaining high service standards.
Tasks
- Greet customers warmly in-person and over the phone, providing a welcoming experience.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
- Assist customers with product recommendations, placing orders, and completing purchases.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for reference and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall customer experience is smooth and efficient.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure their concerns have been resolved.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to all company procedures and safety regulations during daily operations.
- Perform other related duties as requested by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in customer service or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- High level of emotional intelligence and patience in dealing with diverse customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Remuneration
N120,000 – N130,000 Monthly.
