Job Description
- As a Technical Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Technical Support team with diagnosing and resolving technical issues while ensuring customer satisfaction. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the ICT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
- Help install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment and software.
- Document technical issues and their resolutions for future reference.
- Support the team in conducting routine system maintenance and updates.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless technical operations.
- Stay updated on the latest ICT trends and products.
Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (recent graduates or those in NYSC are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
