Job Title: Real Estate Branch Manager

Job Responsibilities
Leadership and Management

  • Supervise and guide real estate agents, administrative staff, and support personnel.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch goals.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure professional growth and high performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the local real estate market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, property developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Represent the branch at networking events and community functions.

Operational Oversight:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and process adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations and company policies.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for the branch.
  • Handle escalated client issues and resolve disputes effectively.

Sales Management:

  • Monitor agent performance and provide guidance to meet sales targets.
  • Review contracts, agreements, and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive lead generation and marketing efforts to support agents in closing deals.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics.

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, office maintenance, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure proper handling of confidential client and transaction information.
  • Collaborate with other branches and corporate leadership on company initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in real estate, with a minimum of 1-3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate, train, and lead a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of financial management, sales metrics, and market analysis.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts and make sound decisions under pressure.

Salary
N350,000 – N550,000 / month.
