Job Title: Real Estate Branch Manager
Job Responsibilities
Leadership and Management
- Supervise and guide real estate agents, administrative staff, and support personnel.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch goals.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure professional growth and high performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the local real estate market.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, property developers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
- Represent the branch at networking events and community functions.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and process adherence.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations and company policies.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for the branch.
- Handle escalated client issues and resolve disputes effectively.
Sales Management:
- Monitor agent performance and provide guidance to meet sales targets.
- Review contracts, agreements, and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Drive lead generation and marketing efforts to support agents in closing deals.
- Track and report sales performance metrics.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, office maintenance, and record-keeping.
- Ensure proper handling of confidential client and transaction information.
- Collaborate with other branches and corporate leadership on company initiatives.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in real estate, with a minimum of 1-3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate, train, and lead a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of financial management, sales metrics, and market analysis.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts and make sound decisions under pressure.
Salary
N350,000 – N550,000 / month.
