Job Title: Hotel Human Resource Manager
Job Summary
- We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hotel Human Resource Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within our hotel.
- You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be tasked with developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Your role will also involve managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. You will be responsible for nurturing a positive working environment and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Additionally, you will oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, maintain pay plan and benefits program, and assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- You will also report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, preferably within the hospitality industry, and a deep understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
