Job Title: Food Packaging Machine Operator

Job Summary

• As our Food Packaging Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting packaging machinery used in the food production process. You will ensure the packaging process runs efficiently, meeting both quality and safety standards, while working to minimize downtime and waste.

Responsibilities

• Operate food packaging machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to package food products efficiently.
• Monitor the packaging process, ensuring that products are sealed, labeled, and packed according to company standards.
• Conduct regular checks on packaged products to ensure quality standards are met (e.g., proper sealing, labeling, and expiration dates).
• Identify and report any quality issues such as packaging defects, incorrect labels, or damaged products.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in lieu of degree
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on packaging equipment to prevent malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with the packaging machinery to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular checks on packaged products to ensure quality standards are met (e.g., proper sealing, labeling, and expiration dates).

Salary
NGN 100,000 – NGN 120,000 per month.
