Job Title: Assistant IT Manager

Job Summary

• As our Assistant IT Manager, Youwill support the IT Manager in maintaining and optimizing IT systems, including POS, networks, and software. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, providing technical support, managing updates and security, and assisting with IT projects to ensure efficient operations across all outlets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (POS systems, networks, servers).
• Administer company software, databases, and IT systems, ensuring data integrity and performing backups and managinguser accounts, permissions, and access control to maintain security protocols.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across all QSR locations.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• Expertise in hardware troubleshooting, networking, and system administration.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS, POS systems, and network devices.
• A minimum of 4-5 years in IT support or network administration, ideally in QSR or retail.
• Familiar with cloud services and IT automation tools.

Salary
N 350,000 – N 450,000 / Month.
