Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary

• As our HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing human resource functions within the manufacturing environment, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• You will ensure efficient workforce management, compliance with labor laws, and alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for employees, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and workplace standards in a manufacturing setting.
• Work closely with the Health and Safety team to implement safety protocols.
• Monitor and report key HR metrics, such as absenteeism, turnover, and productivity levels.
• Develop and implement HR policies specific to the needs of the manufacturing workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• CIPM, or SPHRi is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Salary

• N350,000 – N400,000 per month.
