Job Title: Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day site operations and ensure tasks are completed as per project timelines.
• Coordinate contractors, to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specification.
• Implement and monitor site security protocols to safeguard personnel, assets, and facilities.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to enhance safety on site.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and international standards.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, safety inspections, and project progress.
• Prepare and present reports on site operations and project status to management.

Qualifications and Skills
Education:

• Minimum of National Diploma.

Experience:

• 3 years of experience in site supervision, facility management, or building project
• supervision.
• Proven experience in security and HSE.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
