Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company’s quality assurance and quality control strategy for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and legal requirements.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality performance and track progress.
• Lead a team of quality control inspectors and engineers, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Investigate major quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO standards and construction quality management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4 – 5 years relevant work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of construction quality standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in quality control software and tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
