Job Title: Communication Intern – Graphics Artist & Animation
Job Description
- Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations.
- Create program images and designs through 2D Animation, photography, and image editing.
- Support the conceptualization, storyboarding, animating, and editing of program visuals.
- Design and create motion graphics for video (corporate program videos, social, media, etc.)
- Prepare the design, concept, and layout for the motion graphic project.
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Produce creative graphics/ drawn images in electronic format, adaptable for use in the production of print and online materials.
- Support the digital design efforts and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Support in ensuring the digital and creative products is effective across platforms and aligns to a cohesive and compelling visual aesthetic.
- Possess photography, videography, and digital analytics skills
- Create branded visuals based on target audience, communication goals, requirements, and limitations, including website assets, infographics, illustrations, logos, icons, social media posts, flyers, brochures, video, and other creative assets to support communication services.
- Participate in collaborative learning, brainstorming, and feedback sessions to help envision themes, design directions, and concept development for marketing, events, and other initiatives.
- Create illustrations, infographics for articles on ECEWS online publications.
- Update digital design and print-ready marketing material.
- Adapt graphics for use across all platforms (social media, video, print, banner).
- Utilize client and/or ECEWS style guides and brand standards in the design process.
- Support in ensuring final graphics and layouts is high-quality, digitally accessible, and aligns with brand standards, and maintain consistency across brands and campaigns.
- Aptitude for strategic thinking and an ability to present ideas based on industry best practices.
- Excellent writing, facilitation, and research skills
- Commitment to a career in international development, research & analysis, and communications.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Minimum Recruitment Standard
- 4 Years experiences in 1 relevant field: Drawing, Cartooning, Character Designer, Story-boarder
- Character Design, Cartooning, Drawing, Adobe Illustrator Expert, Adobe Photoshop Expert, English (very good level needed).
- Must be able to “Think outside the box”, Responsive, Very Adaptive, Creativity, Work well on short notice.
- Flexible, collaborative attitude with proven experience working in a small team.
