Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth integration.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related issues.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop HR metrics for performance improvement.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
