Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Attend to Customers enquiries online and instore and convert it to sale
• Create and post engaging content on the social media pages
• Cross selling and upwelling skills
• Follow up on enquiries, get feedbacks.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess minimum of an OND qualification
• Must have at least one year working experience in a retail store or supermarket using social media platforms
• Good use and command of English
• Warm, jovial, innovative, team worker, good communication skills and great self confidence
• Smart, focused and fast learner with intergrity
• Must be able to multitask, social media savvy, computer literate and can work with Microsoft Office tools
• Male or Female between 23 – 35 years
• Willing to work on Saturday and some public holidays.

Salary
N90,000 Monthly, tax inclusive plus transportation allowance N10,000.
