Job Title: Waitress
Job Description
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Waitress to join our dynamic team at Ravella Hotel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders, delivering them to guests promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the menu
- Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Benefits
- N80,000 – N100,000 monthly
- Daily Feeding Provided

- Service Charge after 6 months.
