Job Title: Barman
Job Description
- Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Barman to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and customer service, and will be dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Take drink orders from guests and staff
- Ensure all drinks are prepared to standard and served in a timely manner
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of bar supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the service team to meet guests’ needs
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barman or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes, cocktails, and bar equipment
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
