• We are looking for proactive and results-driven Head of branch Operations/ Branch Managers to oversee operations and drive business growth at our branches in Lekki, Ajah, and Adeniyi Jones. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch operations with a focus on achieving business targets.
• Drive growth in loans, deposits, and other banking services within the assigned location.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase branch profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
• Mentor and motivate branch staff to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong business development and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed financial targets.
