Job Title: Communication Officer
Role Summary
- We seek a proactive and organized Communication Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and ensure efficient handling of communication and operational activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in the travel industry and strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first response 6officer for client inquiries.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on service requests.
- Monitor workflow, prioritize tasks, and ensure requests are addressed promptly.
- Communicate updates and escalate issues to the team lead.
- Coordinate and disseminate team instructions and directives.
- Represent the company during external meetings with clients and vendors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum).
- Experience in the travel industry, including handling local and international trips.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Certification in travel management is a plus.
- Organized, solutions-driven, and client-focused.
