Job Title: Confectionery Branch Manager

Job Summary

  • Oversee the daily operations of a confectionery branch, ensuring efficient production, quality products, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Production and Operations:

  • Manage production planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Supervise production staff, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and optimize supply chain.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Manage customer relationships, resolve issues, and provide excellent service.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Train staff on products, promotions, and customer service.

Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.

Financial Management:

  • Manage branch budget, expenses, and profitability.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize resources.

Health, Safety, and Security:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
  • Maintain a secure and safe working environment.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Food Science, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in confectionery or food industry management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Analytical and financial management skills.
  • Resumption immediately.
  • Candidates should be living close to the various job locations.

Certifications:

  • Food Safety Certification (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000)
  • Quality Management Certification (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Leadership and Management Certification (e.g., NIM).

Work Environment:

  • Confectionery production facility or retail outlet
  • Fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • May require occasional travel.

Salary
N140,000 monthly.
