Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Generalist
Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team.
- The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Administer employee benefits, including open enrollment and benefits fairs
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance on company policies
- Develop and implement employee training programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in human resources
- Normal HR work: Minimum of 4 years experience as an HR manager
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Salary
N300,000 – N450,000 Monthly.
