Job Title: Brands and Communication Officer
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Develop high-quality visual content, including graphics, logos, and icons, that align with our brand identity.
- Design marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
- Create engaging social media graphics, including Facebook and Twitter posts, Instagram stories, and LinkedIn updates.
- Develop and maintain our brand’s visual style guide.
Social Media:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and curate engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and updates.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, articles, and press releases.
- Conduct research and interviews to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to develop content that aligns with business objectives.
- Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and drive traffic.
Brand Management:
- Develop and maintain our brand’s tone of voice and language guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand-related initiatives.
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, including brand awareness and reputation.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and conversions.
- Track and report on website analytics, including traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve brand performance and drive business results.
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in brand communication, graphic design, social media, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio that showcases graphic design, social media, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Experience with social media management tools, including Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience with website management, including WordPress or other content management systems.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
- Experience with email marketing and automation tools.
- Certification in graphic design, social media, or content marketing.
