Job Title: Customer Service Executive / System Support Officer
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Business and Customer Service- related field with impeccable passion for customer service.
- Gender: MALE.
- 3 to 5 years customer service experience in a supervisory role from a reputable organization.
- Ability to provide first level systems support and use the computer system proficiently.
- Possession of strong communication and presentation skills, active listening, and ability to provide thoughtful and intelligent responses.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and find solutions that benefit both the customer and the company by being empathetic to the emotion and perspectives of others.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelywhile maintaining a positive demeanour, even when dealing with difficult customers.
