Job Title: Art Director

Job Summary

• Pulse is looking for an Art Director to join the team. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the visual direction for digital campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
• Our ideal candidate should be a seasoned professional who can play a key role in conceptualizing and executing visual content that meets client objectives and enhances brand identities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual content across various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into effective visual strategies.
• Contribute innovative ideas and strategies during brainstorming sessions.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure project success.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for visual differentiation.
• Present visual concepts and strategies effectively to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in art direction within a digital agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative vision and digital design expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other digital design tools.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
