Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, menu items, delivery status, and promotions.
- Issue Resolution: Address complaints, delivery delays, incorrect orders, and escalate issues as needed.
- Order Coordination: Work with kitchen staff and delivery partners to track and manage customer orders.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer reviews and feedback to improve service quality.
- Refunds & Adjustments: Process refunds, discounts, and adjustments in line with company policies.
- Knowledge Management: Stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Record Keeping: Maintain logs of customer interactions and report recurring issues.
- Upselling & Promotions: Inform customers about special deals and recommend menu items to enhance their experience.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years in customer service, call center support, or a related field (preferably in food delivery, hospitality, or e-commerce).
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Technology: Familiarity with CRM software, chat support tools, and order management systems.
- Language: Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Availability: Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak hours.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
