Job Title: Junior Sales Executive
Job Summary
- Our client is seeking for an experienced Junior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new customers, building strong relationship and promoting the company’s products and services.
Responsibilities
- Field/regional sales, acquisition of new accounts and management of existing accounts – ISPs, named account in region Lagos/Abuja/PHC (call atleast once per week).
- Building relationship @ CXO level and end user (CTO, Operations head, billing and Finance) within their organization.
- Building Solution, Negotiating price with customer and closing the deal.
- Contract management and signing.
- Collecting of revenue from your accounts.
- Focus on sales of IP Transit, DIA, L2, NLD and IPLCs.
- Manage escalation and handhold customer during outages.
- Supporting customers for Delivery/Provisioning of their circuits.
- Internal escalations wherever required for support required.
Key Performance Indicators and Deliverables
- Sales Target Achievement.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for telecom products and services.
- Lead Generation and Conversion.
- Generate a minimum number of qualified leads weekly.
- Achieve a defined conversion rate from leads to closed sales.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through excellent communication and support.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries and resolution of customer issues.
- Product Knowledge and Presentation.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of telecom offerings and their benefits.
- Deliver clear, professional presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Reporting and Documentation.
- Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with customer interactions and sales progress.
- Closure of tickets within SLA.
Education, Qualification and Experience
- University Graduates 0-5 years experience.
Skills and Competencies:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Negotiation: Ability to discuss terms and close deals confidently.
- Presentation: Skilled in presenting solutions and benefits to potential clients.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining customer trust.
- Time Management: Prioritizing tasks, meeting sales targets, and managing multiple leads.
- Digital Proficiency: Competence in using sales software (e.g., Salesforce, MS Office) and virtual meeting platforms.
- Good Oral and written communication skills.
- Sound Interpersonal skills.
