Job Title: Assistant Manager, Admin (General Affairs & Compliance)
Job Summary
- Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for ensuring organizational compliance and operational excellence? We are seeking an experienced Asst Manager, Admin (General Affairs & Compliance)to join our dynamic team and drive critical functions that underpin the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategic direction for Admin (General Affairs & Compliance)department.
- Align administrative goals with the organization’s strategic objectives to foster growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of administrative staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Build a culture of professionalism, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular team evaluations, performance reviews, and provide feedback to support professional growth.
- Oversee and manage all office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
- Supervise maintenance and management of office facilities, equipment, and resources. Handle contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure the best value for the organization.
- Monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Develop and enforce organizational policies related to administrative operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Manage and update the organization’s administrative policies, procedures, and handbooks.
- Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all physical facilities, including infrastructure, security, and utilities.
- Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers. Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and other organizational activities.
- Develop disaster recovery plans and manage emergency response protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external regulators, and other stakeholders to foster transparent and productive relationships.
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or any related field in manufacturing sector.
- Minimum of 5 years in handling of General Affair Operation Factory
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Management and Administration skills,
- Relevant certifications is a plus. e.g Nigeria Institute of Mgt (NIM).
