Job Title: Business Developer (Solar Energy)

Job Description

  • As we expand our portfolio into the renewable energy sector, we are seeking a Business Development Manager (Solar Energy) to drive market growth and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in the solar energy sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Lead sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
  • Monitor industry developments, government policies, and incentives related to solar energy.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, business pipeline, and market insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong track record in B2B sales, partnerships, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales management tools.
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
