Job Title: Business Developer (Solar Energy)
Job Description
- As we expand our portfolio into the renewable energy sector, we are seeking a Business Development Manager (Solar Energy) to drive market growth and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in the solar energy sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Lead sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
- Monitor industry developments, government policies, and incentives related to solar energy.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, business pipeline, and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
- Strong track record in B2B sales, partnerships, and revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales management tools.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
