• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Manager Human Resources Consulting located in Lagos.
• The Senior Manager will be responsible for HR Transformation, HR Consulting, implementing HR Policies, and overseeing Performance Management. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.

Qualifications

• 8 Years Human Resources (HR) and HR Consulting expertise
• Experience in HR Transformation and implementing HR Policies
• Skills in Performance Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Professional certification in HR is a plus.
