Job Title: Lead Maintenance Officer (Mechanical)

Job Summary

To provide quality maintenance services on an integrated gas gathering/recompression facility, ensure downtime due to mechanical maintenance is less than 84 hours in six month. and minimal interruption in sales of Gas.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Commissioning/Maintenance of G3616, G3516 gas engines, and air compressors.
Commissioning/Maintenance of WG7, WH6, Reciprocating compressors and associated cooling machines.
Generate critical spares and fluids required for smooth operation.
Use of Cat ET and ESM for diagnosis of mechanical faults.
Generate and document performance history for each equipment.
Generate monthly report of fluids and spares used during the month.
Assist in preparation of annual budget for maintenance purposes.
Raise work orders for management approval.Availability of spares and fluids.
Planned/corrective maintenance on all running equipment.
Low machine down time analysis.
Closing of work orders

Key Skills and Requirements

Degree in Mechanical engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum of 12 years maintenance experience with similar compressors, engines and pumps.
Trouble shooting skills using ET software.
Cat certification is an added advantage
