Job Title: Client Relationship Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
- Represent the company in client and vendor meetings.
- Report key client issues and updates to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience – 2 years above
- Experience in the travel industry or client management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Professionals with experience in:
- Customer Success Management, Account Management, Business Development, Relationship Management, Key Account Management, Client Engagement Specialist, Customer Service Management
Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 monthly
