Job Description
- Thanks to its internationally recognized expertise in the field of oil and gas production, unit operations, maintenance and also Renewable Energy market, SPIE Global Services Energy was selected to provide this activity on the ERHA project in Nigeria.
- In order to participate in our growth of the Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit, we are looking for a CSR Coach H/F.
- This position is located Offshore in Rotational mode 4×4.
- We need an experienced CSR (Contract Site Representative)/Maintenance Supervisor to provide coaching in maintenance processes and management.
Profile
- The candidate must have been a CSR or Maintenance Supervisor on a GMC (General Maintenance Contract) for a minimum of 5 years.
They must be experienced in the following:
- CMMS
- Managing multi-discipline maintenance teams
- Maintenance execution management
- Compliance with KPIs
- Maintenance planning and scheduling
- FPSO experience.
- Offshore role to mentor and coach a new CSR in maintenance management.
