Job Title: Indian Cook
Responsibilities
- Food Preparation:Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency, while also adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Ingredient Sourcing: Source and select the freshest and highest quality ingredients, including meats, seafood, vegetables, herbs, and spices, to enhance the flavor and authenticity of each dish.
- Kitchen Management:Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including scheduling, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness, to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements
- SSCE qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Intercontinental Chef, with a focus on grilled chicken salad, BBQ chicken, shrimp dishes, vegetable stir-fry, and other international specialties.
- Proficiency in a wide range of cooking techniques and cuisines, including but not limited to American, Mediterranean, Asian, and European.
- Strong creativity and culinary flair, with a passion for exploring new flavors and ingredients.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
