Job Title: Sales Capability Specialist

Description

  • As our Capability Manager, you’ll lead the charge in building skills and capabilities across our sales teams, customers, and vendors. 
  • Your work will empower everyone you train to succeed and thrive in our ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver dynamic training programs that boost product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Host engaging workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions for diverse audiences.
  • Develop user-friendly training materials, including guides, presentations, and online modules.
  • Measure the impact of training programs and continuously improve them.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to sales teams.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends in training and sales enablement.
  • Owner of the complete sales capability building cycle.
  • Evaluate and develop a sales team to pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Over 4 years of experience in training and development, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • A strong ability to create engaging and effective training programs.
  • Outstanding skills in facilitation, coaching, and communication.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and various training tools.
