Job Title: Sales Capability Specialist
Description
- As our Capability Manager, you’ll lead the charge in building skills and capabilities across our sales teams, customers, and vendors.
- Your work will empower everyone you train to succeed and thrive in our ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver dynamic training programs that boost product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Host engaging workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Develop user-friendly training materials, including guides, presentations, and online modules.
- Measure the impact of training programs and continuously improve them.
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to sales teams.
- Stay on top of the latest trends in training and sales enablement.
- Owner of the complete sales capability building cycle.
- Evaluate and develop a sales team to pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Over 4 years of experience in training and development, ideally within the financial services sector.
- A strong ability to create engaging and effective training programs.
- Outstanding skills in facilitation, coaching, and communication.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and various training tools.
