Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Job Overview
- The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting high-quality candidates for various roles across our various Business Unit.
- This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for front-of-house, back-of-house, and management roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Utilize multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to find the best candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process, helping new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate records.
- Stay informed about industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with training institutions, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.
- Assist in designing and implementing employee retention programs to reduce turnover.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company hiring policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Recruiter, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or nightlife industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and talent sourcing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies across different departments and prioritize hiring needs.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess cultural fit and ensure alignment with company values and brand identity.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment compliance, and fair hiring practices.
