Job Title: Head of School
Job Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic Head of School to lead and manage our institution, ensuring academic excellence, staff development, and overall school growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily school operations and administration.
- Develop and implement educational policies and strategies.
- Supervise and mentor teachers and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive school culture and maintain high academic standards.
- Engage with parents, stakeholders, and the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an educational setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Salary
N350,000 / month.
