Job Title: Marketing Manager
Description
- We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive brand positioning, customer engagement, and overall market growth.
Job Summary
- The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, customer loyalty, and revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail marketing, consumer behavior, and digital strategies to drive both online and in-store sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Lead campaign development, from ideation to execution, across digital, traditional, and experiential marketing channels.
- Oversee social media strategy, influencer collaborations, and content marketing to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention programs, including loyalty initiatives, CRM, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, and product teams) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, analyzing campaign effectiveness and optimizing strategies accordingly.
- Supervise creative development, ensuring all brand communication is consistent and impactful across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications, preferably within retail or fashion.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure marketing performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring brand consistency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
