Job Title: Shift In-Charge I/C
Job Summary
- The Shift Incharge will be responsible for the regular operations, preventive and corrective maintenance of air compressors, water pumps, and other utility equipment.
- The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills and the ability to resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular operations, preventive, and corrective maintenance of air compressors, water pumps, and other utility equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in compressors and pumps.
- Monitor pressure, flow rate, and efficiency to ensure optimal operation.
- Record maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Prepare reports on equipment performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Have a strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Utilize computer skills to track and manage maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
