Job Title: Administrative Executive
Job Summary
- The role is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management, coordinating internal processes, and supporting various departments within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and office supplies.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and office policies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel logistics.
Job Requirements
- Education: BSc / HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in administrative support, office management, or a related role, preferably in the technology or mobile industry.
Salary
