Job Title: Head, Savings and Sales
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Head of Savings and Sales to join their team.
- This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in financial services to drive savings product growth, develop sales strategies, and enhance customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate/provide guide for savings product development, enhancement and management.
- Package and implement all savings product related Loyalty Schemes
- Liaise with CBN on all issues relating to savings product features e.g ensure that we obtain CBN approvals for all savings products developed/enhanced etc.
- Attend bank’s product review meeting at CBN.
- Package and implement all savings product related promo campaigns.
- Continuous monitoring of Savings product performance/revalidate strategies to ensure optimal performance.
- Evolve strategic marketing initiatives as well as product loyalty scheme to growing savings products e.g. SWEETA & FPSS Loyalty schemes, alliances with companies for event marketing.
Job Requirements
- BSc / HND in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7 – 10 years of experience in banking, fintech, or financial services, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Salary
According to Banking Grade.
