This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and program management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Program Development: Design and implement initiatives that align with organizational goals and ensure measurable impact.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the programs team, fostering collaboration and success.
Program Management: Oversee multiple programs, ensuring timely delivery and financial accountability.
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
Reporting & Evaluation: Track program progress, assess impact, and provide reports to senior management.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with partners, donors, mentors, and government agencies.
Innovation & Growth: Identify new program opportunities and work with partners to deliver innovative solutions.

Skills and Competencies

Passionate about social impact and entrepreneurship.
Proficient in program management tools and software.
Financial management experience, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Strong strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 5 years experience.
